We are looking for an experienced and hard-working E-commerce professional to join our expanding team. What you will be doing:
Drive e-commerce sales growth through the development and implementation of an appropriate online sales strategy.
Oversee Company Marketing strategy and where appropriate, engage and manage the relationship with external agencies.
Manage Website SEO and SEM in line with sales and marketing strategy.
Control marketing budget to deliver maximum Return on Investment.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Manage order fulfilment and inventory.
Regular reporting to CEO on e-commerce and marketing performance: ROI, CAC, conversion rates and other KPIs.
Who we are looking for:
You will be a commercially aware E-commerce professional with 3+ years experience and a proven ability on Amazon, eBay and web selling.
You will have:
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to transfer your market analysis into tactics for sales growth.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in SEO and SEM.
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing and be up to date with current trends.
- Understanding of budgets and be comfortable with reporting on various KPIs
- The ability to effectively manage competing priorities and the ‘can-do’ attitude necessary for a start-up.
- A confident and dynamic personality and work well in a small team.
